Importing (Fed Ex) shipping rates tables

I want to introduce wiight based shipping for all my International consignments.

I am using FedEx for this. Would it be possible to import their shipping rates tables and then (or before) apply an % uplift to the prices?

This would save hours of manual inputting all the weight options in increments of 0.5kg

I too am looking to use the Fedex tables, is there any exports/imports available, if not is there any help threads with using fedex in v9 or v10?
