Strange Freak Errors in Shipping

Send me a snapshot, I'm intrigued, if I am honest I'm pretty sure you are missing a setting that is causing this, its too strange an error.

I am now very red-faced with embarrassment. Yes, on this one product Shipped Separately was ticked. I had checked it so many times and didn't spot it. What is also odd is that I used copy paste for the different flavours of these sweets, just changing the code and title for each, so how this one flavour had the box ticked and not the others is odd.

Thank you all for your help, and sorry. I now know to watch for this in the future.
