Weight & Postcode

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way i can set up the shipping tables so our cart will calculate by both weight and postcode. We could just set it by the first 4 characters of the postcode and the weight.

Eg
8kg to IV12 would be £8.99
8Kg to B17 would be £4.99
25kg to IV12 would be £50
25kg to B17 would be £28

Is this possible..ive seen it working on other carts.

You could see my post "Actinic / Paypal and zone (courier) shipping - incorrect charges levied", we partially managed this by setting up zones within the UK which relate to the courier zones, and within each zone you set up your postal rates.

It's not intelligent enough to charge by postcode, and relies on customer honesty (particularly in the scottish highlands) but it does give you the moral authority to go back to a customer who has selected the wrong zone, and charge them the excess!
