UK Shipping Zone Carriage

We have two UK shipping zones - UK Zone 1 for the bulk of the country and UK Zone 2 for the Highlands and Islands. I have set these up in the country list with a shortcode on UK1 and UK2. This has worked well since Actinic 7.

Now, with Actinic 11, Sage Pay are rejecting the orders with an error telling me that the country codes are too long. Apparently, prior to Actinic 11, Actinic used protocol 2.22 (which didn't care about country codes). Actinic 11 uses protocol 2.23 (which seems to think it's life depends on the correct country code!).

Are there any Actinic Business 11 / Sage Pay users out there who are using multiple UK county zones? If so, can you tell me how you got round the problem?

Yep common problem, probably mentioned a few times in the payments forum. You need to use the states facility in the same way as the USA is done. No separate countries as such now, UK divided into states/countries.
