Free Shipping by Payment Method

I want to be able to setup Free shipping when paying in advance by credit card.

Free shipping wil not be available for those with credit accounts and payment via Proforma Invoice.

I could create a flag custom variable but I am not sure which conditional statement to use and where?

Not possible John AFAIK, scrap the idea.

If your shipping charge is fixed you could set up a payment surcharge as a 'delivery' charge, but other than that as Lee says, there is no mechanism to set shipping charges based on payment type.
