Question about removing Alaska and Hawaii from the cart invoice

Dumb question time! We don't ship to Hawaii or Alaska due to us dealing in very heavy items. I know you can remove them from the Shipping Zones, but that doesn't have any control over whether or not they show up when the customer is filling out the invoice address - they obviously still show up in that part of the cart.

I've browsed through the Design Tree but I don't actually see where I can take this out, either in Sellerdeck's (it's still weird to me) options or actually taking them out of the code somewhere.

    Thanks!

If you have Tax by Invoice address enabled, then take them out of the tax zones. Business Settings > Tax

Jules is spot on, you need your tax zones and shipping zones to match up.

I tried taking it out of a tax zone, but it says that if ANY states are defined in a tax zone, ALL states must be defined.
We charge Pennsylvania Sales Tax, but no other states. We have a tax zone set up for Pennsylvania, and we have a "no tax" zone which the other states go in. I've tried just about any combination I could think of.
In addition, we had it set up like this in Version 9 (we just moved it to version 11) and it Version 9 it let you just leave off Alaska and Hawaii, but Version 11 is insisting they need to be in a tax zone and won't let me exit until one is defined.

Thanks for the help, it is much appreciated.
