Next Day shipping option

Hi all,

Try as I might I can't seem to set this up.

What I want to give the customer is an option for Next Day shipping based on value.

Globally everything over £35 is free shipping, but I want the customer to see (depending on the value of their basket):

If under £35
Standard shipping £3.99
Next Day £7.99

If between £35 and £74.99
Standard shipping £0.00
Next Day £4.99

If over £75
Next Day shipping £0.00

Can anyone help please so that I can give the customer the option to tick the next day box?

All I seem to get is 'class of service £0.00'. Images attached.

Sorted. I just had to untick the global delivery free box and the options now show.
