Does anyone have any ideas why I Intermittently seem to have issues with MOTO orders going to the default charge as specified in the "If shipping band not defined"? It seems to happen with MOTO orders with varying weight & location that already have zones & class configured (all classes are set to being available in both on & offline).
When this does happen the order shipping calculator drop down boxes are greyed out & if memory serves me correctly the weight is calculating at zero (don't have any zero weight products).
