    Shared SSL page

    Hi
    I hope someone can help me. I am using Claranet shared SSL but the logo and also two of template graphics are not showing up on the checkout page. How do I upload the logo and graphics. I have spoken to Claranet but they did not know what to do.

    You need to have FTP access to the shared ssl area...

    What version of the Actinic software are you using?

      Hi there

      According to the 'base href' tag in your checkout <head></head> area:

      <BASE HREF="https://www.tranquilpc-shop.co.uk/acatalog/">

      the browser is looking for the images (and stylesheet) in https://www.tranquilpc-shop.co.uk/acatalog/ This location does not exist and so they are not found.

      For the 'Catalog URL' for your 'SSL' tab in 'Advanced | Network Settings', you should probably be something like:

      https://clarahost.clara.net/www.tranquilpc-shop.co.uk/acatalog/

      rather than

      https://www.tranquilpc-shop.co.uk/acatalog/
