Web Server Config

Hello
We are a media company and own our own windows 2003 servers and a client has asked us to host actinic for them, what do we need in order to do this ?
I know we will need Perl set up, plus SSL Certificate ?
is there a guide for doing this ? do we need to purchase anything ?
