    GetCartItem in Mozilla Firefox 1.0

    Hi All,

I've just tested my site in Mozilla and the cart value and total items doesn't get picked up. It just displays them as zero.

This works in both Opera and IE.

You can see an example at ----URL---

I've checked some of the example sites from the actinic web site and they seem to work!
Any pointers would be very much appreciated,

    Thanks
    Darren

In Mozilla go to Tools / Web Development / JavScript Console and see if that reports any errors when you reload the site.

      Perplexed...

      Sorry Norman,

I'm embarressed to admit that I haven't a clue how to use this console. Can you tell me what I am supposed to evaluate?

Also, I've tried taking the code from another site (actinic) and that doesn't work either. I thought it might be that I've split the script into two TDs, but obviously not, because even the copied code didn't work!

Thanks in advance for any advice

I had a look and got no JavaScript errors, so the problem isn't that.

I see it if I add a product both from the usual buy button (big image) or via the popup (nice to see my code in use).

It might be worth searching to see if anyone else has reported this.

          How odd..

Thanks Norman, I'll have a search and if I find anything, I'll post it here.

Yes, using the PopUp code. Thanks very much for that, it really helped with the design of the site.

            Just found the following:

I'm not sure if this will work, but it sounds identical to my issue. I'll have to get in touch with my server people, but just in case others are looking:
