Norman's Pop Up - Upgrade

Hi all,

I've used the above pop up on our site:
www.zgwatches.co.uk/acatalog/example_1.html

Last week, I upgraded to the new V7.2 patch, but this has caused problems with the Pop Up. I now get the error message mentioned in the JS script (see http://www.drillpine.biz/actinicstuff/V6-popupdemo.txt)

Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have any idea why this has caused the error?

Hi there

There is an issue with 7.0.2 and Customvar, please read the following thread: http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=10529

All i can suggest would be to install the 7.0.1 patch, so you can rollback to a working version.

It's nothing to do with CUSTOMVARS (for a change - as this is a hideous bug).

It's some wierd interaction between sites that use custom navigation and changes made in the Actinic supplied JavaScripts that have arrived in 7.0.2.

As my patches are now "DonationWare" (I just don't have the time to keep up with all the support requests I get and to keep all these working every time Actinic, Microsoft, World+dog changes something) I'm not going to make time to maintain these unless people actually donate.
