Does enduser need another copy of Actinic?

Just a quickie...

I've created a site for my client using Developer, my client uses Catalog to input products etc. They do no site design and merely process orders & maintain the product entries.

They now want a second site.

Am I right in thinking I can deploy the site to them under the auspicies of my multi-site Developer licence and that they can quite correctly use their existing Catalog to process order, maintain product etc on this 2nd site. Or must they buy a seperate stand-alone copy of catalog (or order manager etc).

I think that because the site's created in my Developer then that covers it but I'd like to be sure so I can warn them that they'll need to buy another copy if that's the case.

They will need to buy a new catalog license, your developer license only covers the site while it is on your machine, their current catalog license only covers their current site and order manager would be no good because you can't enter products using it.

This is assuming that they are setting up a second site rather than replacing their existing one, if they are replacing their existing one then they can use their existing license.
