Unable to Export Site

I am unable to export my site as when i select File, Export i am given the following message.

FATAL ERRORS
(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 816) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1\ActinicCatalog.mdb ! has been caught.

Hi Dean

Please try the following :

1. Go to Housekeeping | Compact Databases.
2. It will prompt you to select Catalog and/or Shipping. Select both and OK
3. Once this is done, Actinic will shut down.
Restart the application and try exporting a snapshot again.
