Size matters

I'm trying to shrink my test site - I've managed to figure out how to reduce the width of the titles and also the left and right sidebars by editing act_primary.html, but can't figure out where I can reduce the size of the middle/main product window. I also can't figure out what I need to change to centre the whole site on the web browser.

I'm using 'smart' theme and my test site currently looks like this ---> www.modelcity.co.uk ideally I would like it to be similar proportions to this ---> www.charlottenaturals.co.uk/

Any advice will be gratefully received !

Amend the table size in act_primary.html and act_brochure of the middle section. Change the outer table size and centralise.
