beginner question..

hi,

I have an existing site designed with dreamweaver, including mock-ups for the different products that will be available.

These product mock-ups look different depending on the products available - different colours are used, different navigation areas are shown as selected

I can see how I could adapt act_primary.html to fit one of these.. but how do i change the look of each product so dramatically?

Either creating seperate product templates for each product type, or being able to insert additional html into them..

Hope that makes sense.. please let me know if you'd like me to clarify anything!

I am using Actinic Catalog 7 and Dreamweaver MX 2004

Hi David welcome to the forum

You can build different product templates or different Act_Primary.html files for each section on your web site.

You can choose these at the section level or for individual products at the product level.

You can download some guides from the actinic.co.uk web site that will help you get started.
