Whats the URL of your website?

Can you post your network settings here (NO PASSWORDS) or send a copy to me direct and I can have a look

You will get them like this

ADVANCED > NETWORK SETTINGS > EXPORT

Send me the file you create.

          1&1 / Linux usually needs:-

          PATHTOCGIBIN /cgi-bin/

and if the confirmation or customer e-mail isn't working try

          SMTPHOST auth.smtp.oneandone.co.uk

          I see you've got a semi-working site at

          http://www.ocbsurf.co.uk/acatalog/OC...ne%20Shop.html

I'd recommend getting rid of spaces in this page name and using lower case throughout.

Your catalog home page seems to be referring to http://www.ocbsurf.co.uk/actindex.html but there's nothing there but the old 404 error.

You'd have to manually delete everything in /acatalog/ on your server. Either via the 1&1 Control Panel / Site Builder / File manager or via an FTP program. Leave everything outside /acatalog/ alone as this may belong to your pre-Actinic pages.
