    Too many parts

    Our firm specializes in selling race car replacement parts for SCCA and Zetec cars. As one can guess there are literally hundreds of part numbers corresponding with different years. As this is our first exposure to a web site and Actinic, the question is do you have to enter every part number under the section heading as new products so that when you do link an external spreadsheet (Excel 2003) it will correspond or can you populate the new sections with a spread sheet?

    I read through the help sheet and either I missed this part or perhaps the verbiage has me at a disadvantage.

    Take a copy of the Site 1 folder and try an import of your spreadsheet.

    You should be able to import all the details straight from the spreadsheet. We sometimes have to link the part no. field to the section name and product description.

    If it does not work put your copy back and try again. Trial and error until you get the result you are after
