    Hello to the Forum

    Hi chaps,

I've been an Actinic developer for a week now and must say it's been interesting.

I've been tasked to develop a web shop that sells car panels; I usually work in a body shop, but I'm getting there with software as well!

No doubt I'll be asking questions of everyone very soon, I hope that's ok.

    Kind Regards

    BigFinn

Welcome aboard, you will find we all try to help where we can - this is a very productive forum.

Some (hopefully useful) advice - use the search function to try and find previous posts on the same subject before you ask a question - there are many topics already covered in great depth. If you find a thread that almost - but not quite - answers your question, it may help to include a reference to that when you do post.

If the question is about how to change something on your site, it often helps if you post a link to your site so people can see the problem firsthand. That is often more useful than a description of the problem which can sometimes be misleading.

Look forward to seeing you around.

      Top advice from Bill.

Also worth downloading the various Design and Advanced User Guides from the Actinic website - a wealth of info in there
