    Upgrading to Protx VSP server

    Hi

Wonder if anybody could help. We have been using the Protx VSP admin service for a while and we will shortly be moving our site to a dedicated managed server which will give us the opportunity to host an ssl certificate and integrate with Protx VSP server solution i.e. the customer will no longer be redirected to Protx payment pages for the card input and we can secure the whole of the checkout process.

does anyone have any experience of integrating Actinic with the Protx VSP server solution and what we need to look out for. They have sent me some info but say they don't have an integration document for PERL?

    any help gratefully appreciated.

    Hi there

I'm afraid our integration which was written by Protx does not support the VSP server solution at the moment.

If protx does not enable this do you know of any PSPs that have developed a seamless customer experience with actinic for those with their own ssl and dedicated server?

        Hi Mark

I'm afraid all the PSP work in the same way with Actinic. The PSP have written their own integration to be used for the shopper to bounce onto their server, the client puts in their cc details, then the customer goes back to the Actinic store.
