IM HAVING A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE PUTTING MY SITE ONTO BLUEYONDER IVE SPOKE TO BLUYONDER FOR 2 HOURS NOW AND TO BE FAIR THEY HAVENT GOT A CLUE FOR SOME REASON IT DOESNT LIKE THE CGI PATH AND URL AND THE PERL PATH (NOT MUCH HEY) WWW.FUNNYDUMMIES.PWP.BLUEYONDER.CO.UK WHEN I DO WEB...CONFIGURE WEB SITE DETAILS IT JUST CANNOT FIND PERL EVEN THOUGH IVE DONE A PERL TEST SCRIPT AND ITS THERE #!/USR/LOCAL/BIN/PERL CAN ANYBODY HELP PLEASE OH BY TTHE WAY IM ONLY THE ADVANCE WEB SITE WHICH HAS PERL AND CGI-BIN

Try going to 'Advanced | Network Setup' and entering the values you want manually into there. When you enter the Path to Perl ensure you just enter it as '/usr/local/bin/perl' (without the speech marks).

Also, make sure you don't use capitals anywhere in the Network Setup screen - servers are case sensitive and you seem to have your caps lock permenantly on.

If this fails, please post up your network settings (you can export them with the 'Export' button'. Obviously, don't include your ftp password.

Ive tried that already and it still doesnt work and i have no capitals in any of the paths or url's i have the site on another hosting company at the moment but (here comes another question) how come you cant put more than one in the quantity without an error appearing in red my version is 6.1.2.0.0.0ddva ive read a solution in another discussion and i downloaded the update still no good is there something in the actual program that needs adjusting

I assume, therefore, you have got your store uploaded now.

One suggestion to try for the error with quantities is to go to 'Business Settings | Ordering' and untick where it says 'Order Quantity Always One'.
