Actinic Proxy Server settings on BTYahoo! Broadband

Anyone had the same problems I'm getting trying to set up Actinic Catalog (v4) to a domain hosting account via a BTYahoo! Broadband connection?

The test just reports that it cannot find the server, although all my mail/messenger/browser accessibility is fine, and the Network Setup wizard keeps asking for Proxy server settings which I don't have.

FYI ... we're using a Belkin router at home to connect several PCs to the Internet.

    Hi Cat,

You using a firewall? Try turning it off. Is your PC running McAfee or Norton web security? If so, try stopping this and trying again.

Sorted now thx. Was indeed NIS having set Actinic to "Block All" for no apparent reason even though it was set to allow before!
