I'm working with Developer v6.1.5.....
Currently, our customers and ourselves are having to endure delays of the confirmation E-Mails coming through. Some come through straight but many are delayed for anything upto 24 hours.
I've logged onto our hosts server (which is a BT RTG server) and found that the delayed messages reside within the C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Queue directory.
It doesn't seem to be affecting particular domains but is very frustrating as the confirmation for an order placedon Friday morning didn't arrive until Saturday and therefore wasn't read until today.
I understand that it's a hosting issue but am wondering if it's happened to anyone else and how they got around it.
