CGI-BIN URL on 2003

HI,

I cant get passed the CGI-BIN URL stage when checking the site.

It connects into the CGI-Bin folder ok as the test sites keep appearing in the folder, But its wont accept the url for the CGI-bin.

Site is on windows 2003 web server on IIS6 Actinic V6 - No norton firewall.

I did a search on server 2003 setup and found about ten posts. Suggest you do the same and try those suggestions.
