Upload problems permissions/reset?

Im trying to upload actinic cat v7 onto streamline, sorry my fullstop button isnt functioning Ive got the network settings sorted, but when i try and upload it goes along for ages and then say the conection has been reset and it cant work under these conditions, its either the permissons or low disc space,

Ive not been having much luck with streamline support even though they told me they fully supported actinic before setting up

any ideas?

If you go Web | Configure Website details and ensure that both checkboxes are unchecked, where does it get to with the tests it does.

Also, have you tried it without your firewall software enabled, i.e. disable it just whilst you try the web | configure and then the refresh to see if your firewall is causing the connection issues..
