Error on upload

I have just started using this software and I am currently on a trial version and will be upgrading, when tyring to upload to my web server I am recieveing the following error message.

Error Sending version negotiation request

Can anyone help Please..

Hi,

Have you upgarded the software and then done an update? This is one of the reasons for getting that specific error. I would suggest trying to do a complete refresh of the site, Web | Refresh website.
