Make 'County' a required field in Customer Address

My PSP (metacharge) insists that we provide a County to them when a customer makes a purchase, but when a customer provides their billing address in Actinic, the County is optional.

Is there any way to configure the system so that the County is required?

Go to:-

Design/Text/Invoice Address/Address Line 4

Change to text to County. Tick both Show and Required Boxes.

Upload Site again.

This will now present the customer with County as a required field, which means they will be unable to complete the order process without entering something here. Whether they enter the correct info is another matter!!
