Protx encryption password

HI ALL,
i need to enter this pass word but cannot find where the OCCupgrade is.
could any one help?
basic instructions please because i haven't a clue.
i've read the insructions from Protx....
just tell me where to click.....

You will find the file in this location on your computer.. C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\OCCUpgrade
