Links in the Actinic Software, not in Templates

Hi, could somebody please tell me how you put links into text within the Actinic admin software. I want to enter some text but some of that text contains links to other pages and websites but I want to insert the links inside Actinic rather than manually enter them into a template through Dreamweaver.

In the text portion of a fragment, or the description area of a product, you can add any html code you need to (including links) by using !!< before the code, and >!! after the code, to tell Actinic this is html.
