    SSL config problem

    Shared Host (Verio) and SSL

I have set up to use the secure part of the shared server, and when I run the test in the advanced network setup no errors are returned but when I go to checkout on my site

    I get:

    A General Script Error Occurred

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error: The site configuration has been updated by the shop operator while you are checking out. Please navigate back to the product pages by pressing the Browser Back button and try again or contact the site owner.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner

The above is not true of course.

I have tried a number of different settings but am getting no were!

The SSL is on a different URL but on the same UNIX machine

    Any ideas?

          Problem resolved

While I had problems getting the SSL config right and had the errors given were similar. the config above is working.

! The problem has been resolved by upgrading from ver 6.0 and 6.1 for as there was a bug problem (Download available from support)

I hope this is of use to others.

Unfortunately with regard to the error message I'm in the same boat, but as I am using the limited version of catalog6, there are no downloads available to me. If anyone knows of a way around this, I'd love to hear it. Thanks!

                Hi there.

You should now be in receipt of a couple of perl scripts. These need to be extracted from the zip file and placed in your site1 folder.

***Please note that if you have made any programming changes to either OrderScript.pl or shoppingcart.pl you will need to reapply these changes***

When you have copied the scripts, please refresh the website from Actinic.

                Hope this helps
                Darren
