A couple of customers have reported that they get an "Access forbidden" message at some stage in the ordering process - I am trying to find out exactly what the error is and where in the process it occurs.
Other customers do not have problems, and test orders I have placed myself are fine.
I don't know of course how many others might be getting the same fault and giving up!
Clearly the customer base will have widely varying PC configs, operating systems etc. so it might be specific to one OS or config.
I'm using Catalog 6.1 at present, URL is www.nickdobsonwines.co.uk.
