how do i change the FTP port?

i need to get actinic to connect to a different port for ftp uploads as i already have a dedicated ftp on the standard port 21

Hi Mike

Actinic can only be configured to use the standard ports. However, if you connect through a proxy server then you can configure the proxy to forward to another port.

is this still the case? I cant believe its not changable! Proxy is not an option.

I'm about to spend £1500 on this an this is a REAL problem for me.

This is on the wishlist, but I'm afraid it's still the case and is unlikely to be included in version 7.

hi ben, got round the problem by changing the ftp software

All works now, i'll be placing an order when the trial runs out.
