You can install Actinic Catalog on the second machine, licensing it with the same key as the one you have used on your existing installation.
Then, use 'File | Snapshot | Export Site' on the existing machine to create a snapshot of your store. You can then import this into your new installation by doing 'File | Snapshot | Import Site'.
Then, go to 'Business Settings | Options' and under 'Allow on this PC' you can disable 'Order Processing' on the existing installation and disable 'Catalog Maintenance' on the new installation.
