Error occurs at checkout with clarahost

Hi,

Can you please help.

I am trying to get working for the first time a actinic site.
I have uploaded the site with only one problem so far.

When you go through to checkout and select credit card a internet window pops up saying that you may now be directed to a non-secure site. If you continue a white page is displayed saying Clara host, an error has occured. An error occurred while serving this page. The error was "" .
In advanced, network settings the network test works ok and Claranet also cannot find a problem their end (so far).
I have setup the payment method for procesing credit cards later.
Any suggestions ??
