    Kind regards,

    No luck here i'm afraid.

I've turned off SSL and all the Network Settings have passed successfully, and everything has uploaded successfully. (Please take little notice to the actual design layout and content of the site)

Therefore the problem must be the SSL.

The specified directory does not exist or you do not have access to the directory."

I assume this is because it is inside the htdocs directory.
and the cgi-bin appears to be on SSL so it looks to me as if there are several things that need fixing and it's best to do them one at a time or you won't know what does/doesn't work.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand this bit. When sorting my network settings I have two tabs, one if "Standard", the other is "SSL". There are CGI-BIN URL's under both tabs which need completed.

The FTP settings for SSL seem to be working fine, its testing uploading a CGI Script under SSL that it fails giving this error:

"The test script failed to execute on the web server. The error could be caused by several things. Check the path to the Perl shell, the CGI script extension, the path to CGI-BIN, and the CGI-BIN URL. This error could also occur if your web site is out of disk space or your web server is not configured to accept POSTs to CGI scripts."

The path to the Perl shell is definitely correct, as is the CGI script extension. The path to the CGI-BIN as mentioned could be the problem, but if I remove htdocs, it won't even pass the FTP tests.

I'm baffled, and Streamline don't seem to know what the problem may be.

It looks to me that you do not have an SSL cert installed.

Type "https://framemebyrod.co.uk/" into a browser, i got "The connection has timed out

The server at framemebyrod.co.uk is taking too long to respond."

Have you asked Streamline to install a cert for you?

That has been my original thought all along, because as you mention, the connection times out. I purchased SSL Thursday just gone so I assumed this would have been installed by now.

Ok, so now I have the correct SSL Server details, I have encountered a different problem.

Firstly I receive this error message:

"Actinic received a server error from the web server. The CGI scripts are not executing properly on the server. Run Web | Configure Web Site Details... to review your web site configuration."

So I run Web | Configure Web Site Details, and go through each section step by step. It asks me for the CGI-BIN locations on the 4th or 5th step, and half way through Actinic just decides to close itself.

It's done this 4 times now?

I can see that the issue still persists. If you have a cover contract you can get in touch with sales and they should be able to arrange some temporary hosting for you on our hosting service. It looks like either the certificate is not in place or you have insufficient rights to be able to write to the ssl cgi-bin directory.

              Kind regards,

The server at framemebyrod.co.uk is taking too long to respond."
