Upgrade/upload problem

i have v7 on website, i have just upgraded to the latest version 7.07 i think it is
and it wont allow it due to perl problems
i have deleted perl files and updated the site again btu it still wont allow me to do anything

any clues people i have an order i need to retrieve is there anyway i can grab it then delete the site?
