*Error 403 - Forbidden*

Argh, I have uploaded the latest changes to my site and now when I attempt to access the site through IE7, it comes up with this error...

Error 403 - Forbidden
You tried to access a document for which you don't have privileges.

Any help would be gratefully received - I attempted uploading again and the same thing happened, so I attempted deleting the acatalog file to start again, and now I have uploaded, the A000.cat file only appears with a DD folder. What is the best way to get out of this quickly?

Purge and refresh the site would be worth trying.
