    Uplaod in acatalog

    Hi there,

I have a problem viewing my website once uploaded to acatalog.

In fact when i upload my website from Actinic v.7, all the files goes directly to the acatalog folder (previously created on the server), but on my serveur I have to put every pages into the /httpdocs folders so they can be viewable by everyone going to the website.
My /acatalog folder is a folder in the httpdocs (ie /httpdocs/acatalog ).
I want to know whait I have to do to transfer the files directly to the /httpdocs folder or to redirect automaticaly people going to my website to the index that I have in the acatalog folder.

For the time beinng I only have a temporary "Website under construction" index page that I have manually uploaded to the /httpdocs folder.

My ISP is BT and my host is netissime.com.

    Thanks for your help

Sounds like your network settings are wrong, search the forum for your hosting provider and note what others are doing differently to you. Correct it, test it, upload it and all should be sorted then.

Thanks I'll browse the forums of my hosting provider to see where I made some mistake in my settings.

However I found a temporary solution, creating in the httpdocs a redirecting page to the index in the acatalog ...

If unsuccesful I'll get back to you !

If you don't find your company, post your network settings into here and we can probably show you want you have wrong.

I've made the changes, I can upload everything properly but still nothing in the root of the httpdocs, I'm still with my temporary solution ...

In fact, I think that now the issue is more with my Hosting provider than with Actinic.
I'll get back to you as soon as I have an answer for them ...

You still have yout ftp password in your post. You should remove this and change the password.
