Unable to move to the cgi-bin directory "/cgi-bin/" on the FTP server.

    I think you're almost there.

    I'm not too sure about windows servers - other may know better - but I believe you may have to get the permissions set by your host.

      I guessed we were looking at a windows server. This may need to be done by your host, but the details of what needs doing should be at the end of this thread:

        Thank you everyone for being so helpful.

        I have read a document titled AdvanceGuide_8_v14.doc for Actinic. I've followed Section G which discusses the procedures in dealing with windows server. Unfortunately, it still says that I don't have a write permission.

        In addition, I tried to assigned "Everyone" to full control so as to check if it's really the permission problem. It still says that I still have a write permission problem. I don't know what else to do. It seems that this shouldn't be running in windows server. What do you think?

          Actinic will run on Windows servers but unfortunately it seems it is usually harder to set up and very few people have a full working knowledge of doing so. Have you tried contacting supprt?
