Hi Cdicken,
I followed your instructions and managed to FTP the webserver. I could see all the folders that are on oneandone's web server. However, when I try to test the settings or retrieve orders from Actinic V6 the Actinic just hangs and stops responding. This happens when I have our proxy server enabled.
When I disconnect my machine from the network and try to have dial-up session with One Tel and test the network settings it manages to connect to the server but it brings up an error saying the connection could not be established, this is due to the wrong CGI URL or the webserver doesn't support perl scripts or the webserver is out of disk space.
My Actinic Settings are as follows.
Catalog URL: http://www.ourdomain.com/acatalog/
CGI-BIN: http://www.ourdomain.com/cgi-bin/
Codebase: ./
Path from CGI-BIN to acatalog directory: ../acatalog/
Path to CGI-BIN: /ourdomain folder/cgi-bin/
CGI Script ID No: 3
Extension: .pl
Mailserver: auth.smtp.oneandone.co.uk
Website URL: http://www.ourdomain.com
Path to Perl Shell: /usr/bin/perl
Ignore Passive Transfers: True
Use Passive FTP Transfers: True
Please help.
