Hosting Catalog on Helm Server

Hi,

Has anyone on this forum ever hosted Catalog 8 on a Windows server running the Helm 4 Control Panel and Gene FTP version 6?

If so would they care to share some settings?

I'm trying to move a site onto a windows box but think I have a permisions problem.

The message I'm getting is
