Web configure problem

Hello. Can anyone help? When configuring my web settings I get to the 'mail server' box, fill in my details; there is a longish wait and I eventually get this error message:

The wizard received an unexpected exception while testing the web server’s Perl environment. The operation timed out. Please try again later.

I haven't the foggiest on what this means or how to resolve the issue.

Exactly a sit says ie there was a problem connecting with your server which by your last post is working ok now.

Connection Problem

I have had this same issue and it was down to my site running on PHP5 not PHP4

Try changinge your PHP setting through your ISP on your site and see if that helps
