We host two of our client shops on hosts.co.uk, and recently (last week or so) we have noticed that we've been having problems carrying out a full site refresh on our websites.
The error we are getting is "Unable to connect to the ftp server ftp.hosts.co.uk - the connection with the server was reset". It's happening to both of the shops whenever we carry out a refresh. If we "retry" after 30 seconds the connection restores, but only for about 30 seconds again. We can carry out the refresh, but it takes us over an hour each time.
Is anybody else using hosts.co.uk for their hosting? If so are you having similar problems?
(Incidentally, one of the shops is on 8.5.2 and another is on 8.5.1 soon to be 8.5.2 - though I suspect it is a hosting problem rather than an actinic problem)
