VSP Form - Transactions problem

Hi All,

My site is live, and I am on Test Server with VSP Form (Protx) but I have 2 problems.

1. Its supposed to leave the site and go to Protx when adding card details etc but it doesnt, as you can go through the whole process of buying a product within the site. I have rang Protx and they said you're supposed to put your name and address then its supposed to redirect you to Protx which it doesnt.
2. I therefore cant view transactions on VSP Admin.

What have I missed?

ROFL, i nearly split my sides (quick tip i have yet to meet anyone one of the regulars on here that are single, be carefull some people get offended )
