Upload problems

I've just upgraded my hosting with Easyspace from a Starter package to Starter Plus so I can have access to MySQL.
However, since I've upgraded there has been nothing but problems with publishing my site.
Hopefully I've attached the last set of network settings they sent me today but this is the first time I've put an attachment in a forum post! So fingers crossed...



When I tried these new set of apparently correct settings I got this error when trying to upload: "FTP error changing directories to /." I clicked on retry and it looked like the upload had gone ahead ok. But when I checked the live site once again my dynamic pages such as the search pages and more importantly the "add to cart" pages don't work. When I click on "add to cart" I am directed to a page that reads:
"A General Script Error Occurred

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Error: Error opening configuration file .././acatalog/prompt.fil. No such file or directory

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner."

It would appear that Easyspace don't actually know the correct settings for my site and I don't know them either. Can anyone help me? My URL is http://www.toys-to-you.co.uk if you need it.

Are you mixing two domains? (drpregnancy and toys-tp-you)

Drounding - I'm not mixing two domains, dr-pregnancy should've been changed in the network settings attachment. It is changed in my actual network settings. I'm only working with toys-to-you.co.uk.
and Ruralweb - I have read the threads on Easyspace and have made contact with Johnathan their customer services man. I just wish I'd read the threads before signing up for their hosting and saved myself all these problems.
As well as contacting their customer services man I've also emailed the checklist for hosting actinic and asked whether they have set me up on Linux (I did say I needed Linux when I signed up, but you can never be sure can you?).
Thanks for your comments. Hopefully I'll get this sorted with Easyspace soon.
