Actinic Hosting Support Numbers

Hello,

Does anybody know what the Actinic Hosting support phone numbers or contact details are please?

We can't seem to find them anywhere on the Actinic site, the only number is for Sales and thats just an out of office message.

Our site is currently offline and hoping someone at Actinic will notice before Monday morning.

Rang the number but it seems support is only Monday - Friday 9-5

I also left a support ticket, but even that states 1 working day for a solution.

Do you happen to know if Actinic can check their servers and give them a kick remotely to wake them up?

This is a shame as last weekend (even with the hot weather) sales were huge, and are our busiest time of the week.

Your shop seems to be up and running AFAICS. My Actinic hosted site is as well (and was all of yesterday also).

if its the lables site with actinic - then your site was up last night and comic domain was down.

don't actinic use their own nameservers? or do you point A/MX records?

Hi,

Our servers are monitored 24/7 so you can be assured that if there is a server problem it will be dealt with straight away. I have been informed that there were no issues reported with the servers on Friday evening when you posted and traffic was normal so it looks as if your problem could have been either a local, ISP or DNS issue.
