1and1 server problem today

FYI to 1and1 users:

Have just been alerted that my site is down. Looks like 1and1 have problems - mail server also broken.

Went down around 3.45pm as far as I can see.

My sites are working - I presume it must be isolated.

Snorestore appears to offline though.

Our stores appear to be up too but I can't get snorestore either. D

After a lengthy and ultimately useless chat with 1and1 technical support (who didn't know about it until I told them), it appears it's one server. Shame it has to be the one where my site is located ...

They reckon a couple of hours before it's fixed

EDIT:

49 mins and 49 secs and it's back up tg.

It's prompted me to look at upgrading to Business Pro so not such a bad thing maybe.
