    Start all over with Site1?

    Hi

During the period whilst my domain name was being registered, I created and uploaded my store to a test url and all was well.
When my new domain arrived, I used Filezila to drag and drop the acatlog and cgi-bin directory to the new web location.
Yes, you've guessed it ... Actinic v 7 now cannot locate the cgi-bin despite checking the location again and again and my server is reported by Actinic as down despite me knowing it to be working.
Is there any way to have Actinic re-create the network settings rather like it does when Site1 is created?
    Many thanks
    Steve

If you can't figure your network settis yourself then you can try and use the network wixard.

No not fizzy pop nor iPhone - in fact it was written on a Wii

I was going to type 'with' in place of 'on a' but decided to change it at the last minute.

Presumably the correct correct verb usage is 'while wiiing'.

Ah, schoolboy humour. Those were the days.

Steve - if you post who is hosting your site maybe someone can supply their settings to compare with yours.

Can you provide your network settings, in Actinic select web, then network settings and then use the [Export] button. BTW have you uploaded to your new site from Actinic using the correct settings for the site. If you use ftp to move the files from your old site to the new one then the settings in the perl scripts will have the old site details in them and not the new site.

                          thanks guys ...
network settings as promised. Have substituted the email with one I know works and not from the host BWS so rules that one out I guess.
When I upgraded (still on evaluation but guess fully working version 9?) Actinic did all the importing and seemed to go without a hitch.
Anyway here are the network settings minus p/w:

As the site is running the scripts (os and ca) it looks like the settings are ok.
