HI, I've just transferred a Actinic site onto my rehosting package. The site seems to function as it shoud, but when I get to the 'checkout' on the shopping cart, I run into problems.
The site is www.schoolofcolour.co.uk.
I add to cart, goto checkout, fill in the details, click next and it seems to take forever. When it eventually comes up I get this message:
An error occurred while creating the order number lock file (../acatalog/Backup.num). The error was Permission denied. Actinic ecommerce can not create a unique order number and can not continue. Please contact us directly with your order.
I have checked the file permissions and that file is set at 600.
What should it be?
