Pinbrook server down?

I am with Pinbrook, and my site www.guidepost.uk.com is currently down. My mesages to support don't seem to be getting through - does anyone know what is happening, please?

My site hosted by Pinbrook is down AGAIN.

This is ridiculous for the annual charges.

Does anyone have a telephone number for them?

My site is down at least 6 times per year. How often is your site down?

I currently have 6/7 sites with Pinbrook and the last couple of hours downtime earlier this month was the first problem this year.

I use hostracker (like all these sort of programmes, results cant always be 100%) but 2008 it reported a total downtime across all the sites of less than 11 hours. I consider this good going.

Also, their support has always been extremely helpful.

Site is up now. I don't like the fact they do not provide telephone numbers (not even on invoices). Of course they don't want to deal with angry customers - none of us do but I think this is an essential side of good customer services.
